Thanks for considering placing an order with Marielle’s Custom Engraving! We are always working on making your shopping experience as pleasurable as possible. Since engraving is an art form, there are some steps the customer must be made aware. For your convenience, we have detailed them below. Please feel free to contact us with your questions regarding this process.

1. Most engraving houses will charge a setup fee for artwork and system preparation. Our skilled artists will work with you in getting your art ready, at no extra charge to you!
2. Please browse our E-Store for our line of products and select from within. If there is a product you are interested but does not appear on our catalog, feel free to contact us and we will try to suit your need.
3. Select the amount of items you desire to purchase.
4. Once your shopping cart contains the desired items, follow the CheckOut option into our PayPal site, where you will be allowed to post your credit card payment.
5. In the PayPal site, a Special Instruction box is made available to you. Please use this box to specify the font and message you would like to have engraved in your items. If there are too many instructions, feel free to contact us via email with your order number.
6. Once we receive the order, our artist will work on your particular designs and send a proof of concept via email to you, for evaluation. Feel free to make as many changes as you desire and send the suggestions back to us. We will not engrave your product until the artwork is to your like!
7. Please allow for up to two weeks for delivery. Most of the time we have the items in stock, in which case items will be delivered considerably sooner. In the event we have to order your item, said time will be enough to accommodate your order.
