How many items do I have to order?
Your order can be as small as a single item. There is no limit to what this item is. We will still work with you so that the engraved item is to your satisfaction.
How long does it take to receive the engraved goods?
We try to ship as fast as possible, but we do ask for our customers to give us as much as two weeks for delivery. Although we have most of the items in stock in a regular basis, some items have a high demand resulting on casual unavailability. If that’s the case, you can rest assured we will procure the item with high priority.
On the other hand, the engraving process it not meant to be radically fast. Although we are equipped with the latest in engraving technology equipment, we are firm believers that a beautiful gem takes time to develop. We want you to feel the same way about the item you are about to receive.
How do I select fonts, designs and message to be engraved?
Fonts can be selected from the Fonts page. If you like a particular font and can not find it, we will do our best to incorporate it into our library. There are just too many fonts to list, so the downloadable list does not reflect an absolute content of available fonts.
Designs are a completely different matter. Our Design page will always contains some ideas which you may feel adequate, but by no means do we expect you to only select from this. Have a particular design in mind? Let us know about it and we will work with you! It can be a napkin drawing, JPG or vector file. Send us your artwork and we will work with you.
Fonts, designs and message can then be appended to order or sent via email.
What if I don’t like the finished product?
We do not expect this to happen. However, due to the nature of this art form all sales are final and items can not be returned. Do rest assured that we will not engrave any item until after you have reviewed and approved the artwork.
Where can I see a sample of finished goods?
We are always posting examples of our engraved products on the Gallery page. If you can not see a particular combination, please let us know and we will try to get some samples posted.
